This Is Me

I am Brazilian and passionate about food.

My culinary career began as an assistant chef for Mazzu’s Catering Company in the Hamptons,
New York. After demonstrating my passion and strong work ethic to the culinary industry, I was promoted to sous chef after only 4 months. In addition, I became the house manager and sous chef to Food Network Star Katie Lee, host of shows such as Beach Bites and The Kitchen. Some of my proudest accomplishment include cooking for the King and Queen of Belgium and participating in the South Beach Food & Wine Festival in Miami, Florida.

Currently, I am excited to be expanding my knowledge while studying at The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY.
